Aromatherapy is a healing art that uses concentrated "essential oils" made from hundreds of plants and herbs from around the world. The oils -blended and diluted with other oils such as sweet almond oil are massaged into the skin. The oil molecules can then be absorbed into the body through the plant’s unique elements -such as anti-inflammatory, antiseptic or analgesic properties.

This fun, informative workshop teaches the fundamentals of Aromatherapy, and focuses on learning about ten essential oils that should be included in everyones medicine cabinet. By the end of the day you will have learned how to make a therapeutic blend for one common ailment like:
Anxiety, stress, digestive problems, insomnia, colds and ‘flu, pain
Bath salts -relaxing or invigorating
Skin toner

All materials are included in the cost of the course.
