Did you answer the question to “who are you?” You may have answered by stating ” I am a wife, husband, lawyer, teacher, musician. Yes you are all those things that have been stated, but you are more than your body, and your five senses.

Because this is not normally a part of our awareness it is hard for us to think in terms of “I am generous, I am caring, I am kind, I am loyal, I am courageous, I am strong and healthy, I am magnificence in a body, I am cherished, I am precious.

Your body has nine systems:

The nervous system, the skeletal system, the muscular system, the circulatory system, the endocrine system, the digestive system, the reproductive system, the integument, and the urinary system.

You have organs: Brain, lungs, stomach, kidneys, skin, heart.

You have tissues, cells.

When we break this down further they are made up of:

Molecules and atoms

Subatomic particles -protons and electrons

Neutrons, gluons, quarks, and mesons. These are all electromagnetic vibrating waves of light called quanta.

You have probably heard the term quantum physics. What is quantum physics? In simple terms it is the science of how this infinitely small universe(quanta, sub atomic particles etc.) that you and I cannot see with our physical eyes, operates.

So you can see now that you are more than your body. At your core you are pure energy -you are intelligence and consciousness. You have all this potential residing with you which needs to be activated and released so that you can create what you desire.

So how does all this incredible intelligence work? How do you fit into the whole scheme of things? First you must realise that everything is energy. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It is present everywhere at all times. Energy moves from one form to another, which means that it can be changed into matter, and matter can be changed into energy. It moves from a higher vibration to a lower vibration. It moves from a subtle form (spiritual) through the mental, emotional, and physical realm. It is interchangeable. Energy is always changing. It is in constant motion and it never rests. Change is energy’s only attribute.

Secondly the universe  operates by natural laws. Everything operates meticulously and with accuracy and by law. There are truly no accidents. When you work with these laws they will work with you. This happens when you realise that you and the universe are one. You are not separate from the universe. You are both working together as a team. You are in partnership with one another.

When you look at the ocean you will notice that the wave is a part of the ocean and the ocean is part of the wave. The two cannot be separated. In the same way you are an individual having your own views but at the same time you are also connected to the inifinte possibilites of the universe. All of us are part of the universe. This means that we are connected to eveyone and everything, and all of us are subject to these laws.

If we are to work together as a team then we must know how the universe operates.  The universe operates just in time, all the time, and everytime. Just look around you and notice how eveything in nature works in perfect harmony and in order. This means that you must have clarity in your thinking, and have a clear vision for what you desire in all aspects of your life. Clarity allows you to focus your energy on what you want, and acts like a laser beam that is directed to a specific target. When you have clarity every cell in your body can feel this vibration of excitement and aliveness. Your cells beam this high vibration into the morphogenic field and that is what you will attract.

How do we get clarity? How do you know what you want and then create it? Studies show that only 25% of people are effetive at knowing what they want. Out of the 25% of people who know what they want only 10% of them know why they want what they want.
