3 Keys On Manifesting What You Want To Create Easily Key2

The second key in the 3 keys on manifesting what you want to create easily process is to find out what it is that you want to create and connect to that juice or longing that excites you.
Most people are using the law of attraction to attract what they want from a place of need or lack, from a feeling of not having, from what they don’t like that is facing them in the moment or from desperation.
You might have this question coming up. Doesn’t wanting something indicate lack? The word want represents two energies. It depends on the energy that we give to the word want. It could come from the feeling of need, must have, got to have, clinging, if I don’t have this I am incomplete type energy.
Or it could come from the energy of the heart, your longing, desire, wanting, causing your heart to be open, to be joyful, and excited.
This is what I am talking about when I use the term want or longing. This wanting, longing or desire which is coming from a state of what feels good to you already, from a place of excitement and joy. This is something that most of us have a challenge with, connecting to our longing.
Contrary to what we may have learned about from various other sources the law of attraction responds to frequency. When you are connecting just on an intellectual level it’s just an idea or a thought, and because there is no passion, excitement or longing it won’t get off the ground.
What changes frequency more quickly than anything else is the ability to connect to the emotion of what you want and to your longing, then life will rearrange itself around your longing.
Usually when you ask the question what is it that I am longing for, how and why are the two questions that your mind (ego) will throw back at you. It has to know how it is going to happen. It will stop you dead in your tracks if you give it any consideration especially at the initial stage of wanting to get clear about what it is that you want.
Your mind will demand to know how it going to happen. It wants to know all the details, which will stop the process of longing because the mind needs to be satisfied with knowing how it’s going to work out first.
This is why people give up on their dreams because they focus on the how rather than the what. Just focus on the question what do you want and sit with the energy of longing without thinking that you have to do something to make it happen, or needing to take an action.
Your mind will shut down as soon as it feels you have to take some action because that’s scary for it right now. That feels like too much responsibility, it’s too big. It doesn’t feel safe, so it closes down the longing.
So use the question that the heart asks to find out what you really want and connect to that longing, before you get to step 3.

3 Keys On Manifesting What You Want To Create Easily – The First Key
February 25, 2010 by Brenda Blindenbach
The First Key is Get Plugged in to Your Power Source. When you connect to the heart centered part of you through your emotions, that is what energizes you to manifest what you want to create easily in your life. Your emotions let you know if you are connecting from the heart or the head. If you are disconnected to your feelings and find it a challenge to connect to your emotions you will end up creating a hum drum lifeless and a disconnected type of experience in life. It will be hard to manifest anything consciously.
Therefore it is important to be able to connect deeply to your emotions, because emotion is the energy or the fuel that is used to shift your vibration or frequency. It takes the power of your emotions to change things. Nothing changes without emotion.
Before you go on a journey you need to know where you are before you can get to your destination. In the same way before you can manifest what you want in your life you must know what you are feeling at this present moment about what is coming up for you in relation to what you want to manifest.
This will give you the clues to what it is that you don’t want and what you don’t feel so good about in your life right at this moment, so that you now can access the emotions that will make you feel good which will shift your vibrational frequency a little higher.
That’s the reason why it isn’t enough just to know intellectually what you don’t want or what you want in life, because it takes a heart connection to manifest what you want to create easily, so get plugged in to your power source through your emotions.
Ask yourself what am I feeling right now about this area of concern, whether it be in your finances, in your relationships, your career, your health or anything else. Then notice what comes up emotionally for you. Are you feeling stuck, anxious, fearful, disappointed, and angry or are there emotions that arise within you feel that life is pretty good right now?
Remember that your emotions give you clues; they are what tell you what is going on inside of you. They are your internal guidance system, and play a big part in your life. They are here for a purpose, so that you can experience a contrast. The more you are aware of your emotions and the information that they give you the easier it is to shift the vibration from what you don’t want to what you want.
Although you may think that the starting point of your journey is not important or exciting you are way ahead of the game because you now know exactly what you don’t want and can get to the next phase of your journey to find out what you want to create easily.

An important piece of information that we need to have on manifesting what you want to create easily is in the area of giving your power away. Not much attention or focus has been given to this area of teaching. Perhaps you have heard the phrase but what does it really mean? Who and what have you given your power away to? Why is it important to be aware of this?
Humanity as a whole has emotionally and energetically been plugged in to what our culture, family, and society have programmed us around what we should do, ought to do, have to do in life. This takes all the fun, excitement and juice out of life.
Imagine a beach ball that is inflated with air which has a pin size hole in it. No matter how much air there is in it right now it won’t be long before the ball will lose all the air in it. Likewise it doesn’t matter much if you have a great vision, a goal, or a great idea, there will be no energy to create easily those things that matter to you if you are plugged in and connected energetically to vibrations and frequencies that do not serve you.
Therefore it is important to become aware of what sources you are plugged in to that are draining you from manifesting what you want to create easily. What is keeping you in fear, closed and disconnected?
Get Plugged In To Your Power Source.
Getting plugged in to your power source, to that passionate, vital, and heart centered part of you through your emotions is what energises you to manifest what you want easily in your life. It is your emotions that let you know if you are connecting from the heart or the head. If you are disconnected to your feelings or you find it difficult to connect to your emotions you will end up creating a very dull, lifeless and disconnected type of experience in life. It will be hard to manifest anything consciously. Therefore it is important to be able to connect deeply to your emotions.
In order to be good at what you want to create easily it is important to first connect emotionally to what is going in your life so that you can use that fuel to change. What is your current life situation? Do you love your job? Do you have a relationship? What kind of financial assets do you have? Are you in the red or in the black? Are you living your purpose or your dream?
Know What You Want
Do you know what you want? What is it that excites and makes your juices flow? First connect to that longing in your heart. This emotion of longing is the fuel by which you will be able to go on manifesting what you want to create easily and to change the vibration that is draining your life force.
Setting Goals And Inspired Action From Your Heart
The final goal in this process of manifesting what you want to create easily is to look at setting goals in a different way to the traditional way of doing it. Instead of looking at how you should be setting goals you come from the perspective of “what do you want to do in order to get there?”

Gratitude Quotes.
When we express gratitude for what we have it opens the doors to abundance, and instills in us the attitude of gratitude. Giving attention to Gratitude quotes help us to make a subtle shift in the way we perceive life. It helps us to stay on track, move forward and to remember how important it is to be grateful for the many blessings that come into our lives which otherwise we would take for granted.
Here are some gratitude quotes that I hope will challenge, inspire, and cause you to reflect on all that you have to be grateful for in life.
“If you want to turn your life around, try thankfulness. It will change your life mightily.” Gerald Good
Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others. Cicero.
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, and confusion into clarity…. It turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow. Melodie Beattie
We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.” — Cynthia Ozick
“What if you gave someone a gift, and they neglected to thank you for it-would you be likely to give them another? Life is the same way. In order to attract more of the blessings that life has to offer, you must truly appreciate what you already have.” Ralph Marston
“Feeling grateful or appreciative of someone or something in your life actually attracts more of the things that you appreciate and value into your life.” — Christiane Northrup
“Both abundance and lack exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend… when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that’s present — love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature and personal pursuits that bring us pleasure — the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience Heaven on earth.” –Sarah Ban Breathnach
“Gratitude should not be just a reaction to getting what you want, but an all-the-time gratitude, the kind where you notice the little things and where you constantly look for the good, even in unpleasant situations. Start bringing gratitude to your experiences, instead of waiting for a positive experience in order to feel grateful.” — Marelisa Fábrega
For today and its blessings, I owe the world an attitude of gratitude. –Clarence E. Hodges
Gratitude is the inward feeling of kindness received. Thankfulness is the natural impulse to express that feeling. Thanksgiving is the following of that impulse. Henry Van Dyke.
Gratitude is when memory is stored in the heart and not in the mind. Lionel Hampton.
If a fellow isn’t thankful for what he’s got, he isn’t likely to be thankful for what he’s going to get. Frank A. Clark

The Attitude of Gratitude–How to Cultivate A Grateful Heart
January 7, 2010 by Brenda Blindenbach
There’s a beautiful praise song that I recall singing years ago called Give Thanks with a Grateful Heart that came to my mind this morning. I asked myself what it means to live with the attitude of gratitude, and how I could cultivate a grateful heart. I realized that it begins by self reflection and contemplating on gratitude.
It made me think of this saying by Albert Einstein “A hundred times a day I remind myself that my inner and outer life depends on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the measure as I have received and am still receiving.”
The other quote is by Dietrich Bonhoeffer who said “In ordinary life we hardly realize that we receive a great deal more than we give, and that it is only with gratitude that life becomes rich. It is very easy to overestimate the importance of our achievements in comparison with what we owe others.”
Greg Krech author of Niakan: Gratitude, Grace and the Japanese Art of self expression is one of the leading authorities in Niakan in the USA. Niakan is a form of the Japanese art of self reflection which translates as “inside observation,” or “seeing one’s self through the mind’s eye.”
It is structured to focus your attention on your own conduct in relationship with parents, siblings, friends, partners, co-workers and neighbors. It also encourages you to accept life’s events rather than become mired in your feelings about them.
The self reflection is based on three questions that you ask yourself in relationship to your partner, parents, siblings, children and friends.
1. What did I receive from others today__________?
2. What did I give to others today __________?
3. What troubles and difficulties did I cause others today __________?
Take the first of the three questions; you could have received a phone call from your mother to see how you were doing, your children took the garbage out this morning without being asked to do so, and your boss congratulated you on a job well done. Often you may not pay any attention to these small things and take them for granted, and notice only the blocks and problems that come your way. Had you given attention to those little blessings you would have been strengthened at the support that came your way.
The second self reflection question is what have I given to others today? This could be a smile or a word of encouragement that you gave a colleague, giving a lift to a neighbor, or baby sitting your granddaughter. Reflecting on this question gives you a conscious realization of the contribution that you gave to others.
The third question can be a bit of a challenge. You may notice when others are late and have kept you waiting, or someone taking your parking spot, yet you may not even be aware when you are the source of the problem or think that it wasn’t such a big deal, justifying it with some excuse.
However this is a question that needs to be taken seriously. It takes courage and a willingness to look at yourself with truth and honesty. If you fail to do so, you will continue to cause pain to others by your thoughtlessness, and continue to be the source of someone else’s suffering. This should in no way cause you to beat upon your self, or cause you to feel shame or guilt. The whole point of self reflection is to increase your state of awareness.
Self reflection on these three questions is one of the best ways to cultivate a grateful heart. It will generate in you a feeling of gratitude. It will arouse in you the desire to give something back, not out of obligation but because you are overflowing with a grateful heart for all the support and love that you have received from others.

The Attitude Of Gratitude – The Law of Attraction and Gratitude
December 30, 2009 by Brenda Blindenbach
The Law of Attraction tells us that “like attracts like”. Have you noticed that people who like each other hang out together? When you operate from the attitude of gratitude you resonate and send out a frequency of acceptance and harmony, and as a result you attract to you the events, conditions, and circumstances that match that frequency.
However when you choose to resist or fight whatever you find not to your liking you are creating resistance. This is how you resist, by focusing on thoughts and emotions that may go like this “why is this happening to me?” “Life is not fair” “It’s not my fault”, etc. Resistance is placing your focus on what you would rather not have happening to you at this moment.
As you resonate with that frequency you will continue to attract those events, circumstances and dis- harmonious events into your life. The Law of Attraction makes it clear that you will literally attract to yourself, the things that your thoughts are focused on.
Gratitude or being grateful for what you have on the other hand is an acceptance of things just the way they are which correlates with acceptance. This in turn resonates and sends out a much different resonance of energy creating a magnetic force that is conducive to attracting the “desired” outcome.
The first step is to deal with the thoughts and the emotions that have surfaced up for you that are causing you to be worried, anxious, fearful, guilty etc. They are not bad nor are they good. They just are, as a result of your beliefs and perceptions about life. This is what you are feeling at this moment. So own, acknowledge them, observe them and release them. Then remind yourself that you are at this moment truly abundant.
The next step is to change your frame of reference with positive words and affirmations on a daily basis, and taking some time to feel grateful for all the things that you have. You can begin by being grateful for having a roof over your head, food on the table, clothes on your back. “Count your blessings instead of sheep” as the song says.
Let`s look at how developing the consistent attitude of gratitude which will execute the Law of Attraction on your behalf. Everything in its purest form in the universe is pure energy. Your thoughts, feelings and emotions that you are broadcasting determines your vibrational frequency which attracts to you exactly what you want to manifest into your life.
For the purpose of this illustration consider that you are a powerful magnet and whatever you may be feeling- frustration, anger, rejection, love, compassion or joy, you are in reality drawing to you the conditions that are experiencing. If for instance you fear something, that creates an attractive force that will draw to you more of what you fear.
When you express gratitude for whatever situation that you are facing, trusting that everything happens for a reason, and that reason is there to serve you, that draws to you more of what you are grateful for. This means that whenever you are not expressing gratitude for an outcome, you are actually in resistance, because it causes you to focus on not wanting that outcome. When you are not expressing gratitude your thoughts and emotions are focused on what you don’t want, which draws more of what you don’t want.
When you are experiencing a situation that is not to your liking it may not be that easy to feel grateful for that situation. However you do have a choice. So begin by releasing or letting go of those emotions that are not serving you. That will bring you to a neutral state which allows you to make a shift in your paradigm, and does bring you to a place of choice. Now it is easier to give heartfelt thanks for “what is”.
Surrendering and being grateful for gets you out of the way, creating a magnetic force that is essential to attracting the desired outcome.

The Attitude of Gratitude –Express Gratitude
December 16, 2009 by Brenda Blindenbach
One of the first ways to develop the attitude of gratitude is to express gratitude with your words when someone has served you in one way or the other. Most people find it easier being grateful for the big things that happen in their lives and forget to be grateful for all the small things that come into their lives on a daily basis.
Notice all the little acts of kindness that people do for you, a sincere compliment, a word of encouragement, a friend that pays for your coffee and donut, the $2.00 coupon off for your haircut that you received in the mail. Get into the habit of giving thanks and feeling grateful for everything.
If you have challenges being grateful for things start by feeling grateful for the big things and then the small things and finally for everything including what you consider being a challenge. As a result of this you will start to express gratitude not only with your words but by your actions.
Gratitude Journal
Writing in a gratitude journal is a way of reminding yourself to constantly look for reasons or things that you can be grateful for. Write five things you’re grateful for each night before bedtime. Review the day and include anything, however small or great, that was a source of gratitude that day, e.g., a sunny day, a flower in bloom, or the smell of homemade baking. Make the list personal. Write a few words about the five benefits or blessings. Be brief and increase the length as time progresses
If you have children getting them to keep a journal would be a good way of recording all the things that they are grateful for on a daily basis. This way they will get into the habit of not taking anything for granted. They can begin the sentence by saying Today I am grateful for __________________________ and fill in the blank for whom and what they are grateful for that day.
Create a Gratitude Box
Have a supply of art and scrap booking supplies for your children to write and draw thank you cards. They can have fun decorating them using ribbons, stickers, drawings, shells, photos, markers and pictures from magazines, and then giving it to the person themselves or mailing it.
Writing thank you notes is almost a lost art but if it is cultivated when children are young they will continue to do it as adults in some form or the other by email, phoning, sending a card, texting etc.
Gratitude Songs.
Children love to sing and dance. Here is a gratitude song that children love to sing and do the actions. “If you’re Happy and You Know It.” Do you remember doing this action song when you were young?
If you’re thankful and you know it, clap your hand x 2
If you`re thankful and you know it,
Then your face will surely show it
If you`re thankful and you know it, clap your hands.
Other verses:
If you’re thankful and you know it, stop your feet …….
If you`re thankful and you know it, shout “I am” …….
If you`re thankful and you know it, do all three ……..
Implementing the attitude of gratitude unlocks all the good things in life that are in store for you; it changes your perspective from confusion and chaos into clarity and order, shifts uncertainty to comprehension and understanding , causing you to see the gift in every challenge and the so called mistakes into important events.
So just thank Life and the Universe and be grateful for everyone and everything that is sent into your life as they are there in your life for a reason.
Here is a wonderful video -another way of reminding you of these truths you’ve just read about. Allow the lyrics and the exquisite music raise your consciousness to another level.

The Attitude of Gratitude – 5 ways To Develop It
December 11, 2009 by Brenda Blindenbach
It’s easy in our busyness to take things for granted yet if we have cultivated the attitude of gratitude we will remember to give thanks for the many blessings that we have which will allow for more abundance to flow into our lives.
What is gratitude? Gratitude is “the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.” It comes from the Latin word gratia meaning favour, pleasing. Gratefulness broken down can read Great Fullness.
Gratitude is a choice. It doesn’t come easily to us. Most of us were taught as children to say “thank you” when someone gave us a present or did something nice for us. After a while the thank you can become quite glib unless we learn ways to cultivate the attitude of gratitude.
If you are a parent instead of just telling your children that they need to say thank you for something nice that someone did for them, explain to them that the person thought of them and took the time to get them that present or did that nice thing for them. This way it is less likely for them to do it by rote or obligation.
Model this yourself and let your child know how grateful you are for them and for everything in your life. Children notice and are aware of everything, and they will imitate whatever you do, so it goes without saying that they will learn from your example.
Gratitude is also a skill and it is never too late to learn a skill. Teach your children that it only takes a moment of opening their eyes to see all the blessings around them. As they make this a habit and look for these blessings, very soon it will become their reality. Each night before they go to bed ask them to ask themselves this question. What am I grateful for today?
Here are some things to keep in mind to develop an attitude of gratitude:
Express Gratitude.
When we are grateful we need to express gratitude. If we don’t bring to our awareness and experience the gift of gratitude we will start to take things for granted, complain, find fault and focus on what we don’t want or don’t have rather than all the things that we do have.
The Law of Attraction and Gratitude.
When you are in a state of gratitude you are resonating and sending out a frequency of acceptance and harmony, and as a result you resonate at a much higher vibrational frequency which is what attracts to you the events, conditions, and circumstances that you desire.
A Grateful Heart.
There’s a beautiful praise song that I recall singing years ago called Give Thanks with a Grateful Heart that came to my mind this morning. I asked myself what it means to have a grateful heart. I realised that it begins by reflecting and contemplating on gratitude.
Gratitude Quotes.
When we express heartfelt gratitude for what we have it opens the doors to abundance. One way is by reflecting on gratitude quotes which will help us make a subtle shift in the way we perceive life, and helps us to stay on track and move forward.
Here is a short video providing a new perspective on gratitude.
Do You Know How To Manage Your Human Energy System? Balancing Your Crown Chakra
November 4, 2009 by Brenda Blindenbach
Do you feel that there is more to life but somehow you just can’t seem to find it? Do you feel let down or betrayed by life itself? Does it seem that you have lost your direction or that the stuffing has gone out of you? Is there a feeling of deep emptiness within which seems as though nothing can fill it?
The Seventh Energy Center or the Crown Chakra is positioned at the top of the head at the soft center on a newborn baby’s head and relates to the pineal gland. The primary purpose of the crown chakra is to obtain meaning. That meaning gets incorporated into your belief system, and because this is the way you perceive the world to be, you operate from these set of beliefs.
Your beliefs are based on the ideas that you have formed which you believe to be true. Your beliefs shape your reality and your reality shapes your beliefs. So to reprogram your crown chakra it requires you to examine your belief system, asking yourself questions and becoming aware of the operating belief system from which you run your life.
If you want to develop the crown chakra it requires that you are open to a higher power and tap into the mystical. This requires the ability to surrender and to trust in the universe. This can only be done by surrendering your need to control, your addictive habits and attachments, so that you will be able to experience the magnificence of who you truly are.
It is important to view the chakra system as a complex integrated whole. Energy flows from the crown chakra to the root and back again, and each chakra works together with the other chakras in the human energy system.
An open chakra helps the flow of energy through the centres above and below. If energy is restricted in the solar plexus chakra, there will be limited energy flowing into the sacral chakra and the heart, and so it is with all the other chakras.
The ultimate goal is to achieve a balance in your energy system through the chakras, connecting with the earth below and the sky above.
Here are some ways to bring your crown chakra into alignment:
• Release the energy of the emotions that you are experiencing as they surface up, by using some release techniques.
• The colour violet, and gold are associated with the crown chakra.
• Gems – Amethyst, diamond, selenite, clear quartz, pearl.
• Essential Oils – Lavender, bay laurel, valerian
• Affirmations:
• I acknowledge that the source of love is within me.
• I am connected to my highest self
• I am living my purpose.
• I am always willing to take the next step in my life.
• I am connected to the higher purpose of money.
• I am following my divine path
• I am open to the goodness and abundance of the Universe.
Ask yourself the question how committed am I to making a change in my life? What would that entail?
Do You Know How To Manage Your Human Energy System? Balancing Your Brow Chakra

Do you feel that you are stumbling in the darkness, not quite knowing why things are always going wrong in your life? Are you able to find answers to the many questions that you might have?
The Sixth Energy Center or the Brow /Third Eye chakra is situated slightly above and between the eyebrows. This energy centre is closely associated with imagination, inner visions and psychic abilities. It is related to the pituitary gland and functions as a link between the inner and outer world.
The information stored within the Third Eye chakra includes seeing things clearly – literal or symbolic, intuition, and insights. It rules over the eyes. Through the eyes one can see into the soul of a person, and can convey a message without words.
The Third Eye chakra gives you the ability of visualization, and the formation of mental images and concepts. If you create a view based on fantasy, then you are not connected with reality, and may find that life is unjust or unfair. This can lead to distorted opinions about life, compulsive and obsessive behaviour resulting in blame and judgement.
Insight means linking perception with understanding and is the highest level of intuition.
When the brow chakra is in balance it allows you to see clearly, letting you see the big picture.
In Sanskrit, the brow chakra is called “Ajna” which translated literally means “command” It is from here that the other chakras are guided. This center is the gateway to other realms. Through awakening this centre we can attain greater command of our lives and respond with greater awareness to the command of our spirit.
Questions to help raise chakra consciousness:
What is it that I am stopping myself from seeing and hearing?
What is it that I’m afraid of knowing?
Here are some ways to bring your brow chakra into alignment:
• Release the energy of the emotions that you are experiencing as they surface up, by using some release techniques.
• The colour indigo is associated with the brow chakra. Use it to train perception.
• Gems – Purple Apetite stimulates all levels of perception. Sapphire strengthens spiritual awareness and communication. Herkimer Diamond enhances all spiritual qualities give vitality and encourages joy.
• Essential Oils – Yarrow, blue. Increases and focuses psychic awareness. Violet and Geranium stimulate this chakra, while hyacinth quietens it.
• Affirmations:
• It is safe for me to see the truth.
• I am opening myself to my deepest intuition and knowing.
• My third eye intuits inner knowledge.
• I trust that a reason beyond my understanding is always at work.
• I am aware of my higher purpose
• I am seeing and hearing my spiritual truth
• I am receiving guidance for my higher purpose.
What one action step will you take to open your third eye?
