Brenda’s Mind Movie

I recall putting out the intention over a year ago for someone who would invent a tool that would allow me to put my affirmations, visualization, and my choice of music into one cohesive unit and make creative visualization an easy process.
Well lo and behold the Genie –my subconscious mind- responded to my thoughts and unspoken request with “Your wish is my command” and brought this about for me through Mind Movies. To say that I was excited about this is an understatement. Creating it was a labour of love. I was filled with a wonderful feeling of gratitude and expansiveness every time I found the exact picture that corresponded with my affirmation.
On the conscious level the images, affirmations, and the vibration of sound, evoke in us powerful emotions. For me they are gratitude, joy, passion, love, and creativity. Emotions act by motivating us. Without emotions we wouldn’t do very much. When you get connected with good feeling emotions you will act in accordance with what you want. Our ancestors depended on their emotions to survive. Today we can choose to use our emotions to make better life decisions.
Our conscious mind prevents us from achieving all kinds of wonderful things because of our disempowering beliefs- that it’s hard to make a good living, life is a struggle, etc. But this is not the way it is supposed to be.
The subconscious mind doesn’t judge. It does whatever it is told to do. If we can get past the conscious mind (which stands guard over the subconscious mind and interprets everything) with new programming then it will override the conscious mind.
Affirmations, visualizations, music, and meditation, are some of the ways by which these messages can get through into the subconscious mind. For most of us it is often a struggle to hold these images in our mind for any length of time. However if there was a way to create a movie with exactly what you would like to envision along with music and your affirmations then it would be an easy and fun way to create what you desire.
The piece de resistance about Mind Movies is that it uses a cutting edge technology that allows you to imprint these images into your subconscious mind subliminally. When they are used on a subliminal level, the message is communicated below the conscious level of perception. They cut through issues and false beliefs that are buried deep in the subconscious mind.
Mind Movies allows you to create your very own movie using your words (affirmations) images and the music that resonates with you. You also receive the software to use it subliminally on your computer.

IMPORTANT UPDATE for fastest manifesting…

I’m so excited to share this important news with you because I’ve had a chance to try this myself.
In my August newsletter I wrote about Creative Visualization, which is a powerful method of imprinting into your sub conscious mind the images of what you want to manifest.
How many of you got around and sent for the free Mind Movie Videos?
One thing I’ve noticed along the way is how difficult it can be to try and get your “inner game” like visualization finely tuned so you can actually achieve what you want in life.
This applies to business, personal life, finances…EVERYTHING.
Sure, you can set goals and all that, but somehow you just seem to lose focus before you get there. So much of the time too much garbage gets in the way, isn’t that so?
If you want to change that, here is a powerful way of doing so.
http://www.mindmovies.com/?11048
This will literally set your sights on what you want to happen in your life. Mind movies allows you to create a movie about six minutes long using affirmations, images and music that you have chosen.
This will emotionally trigger a good feeling in you about the desires and dreams that you have.
You are probably asking yourself how that is possible.
Mind movies are like the powerful commercials that one watches on TV. Unlike the TV commercial that influences your behavior to get you to do what they want you to do, by creating and watching your mind movie, you get to be the one that is influencing your own mind.
The best thing is for you to see how this works for yourself. I think you’ll catch the vision very quickly when you do.
Watch this to find out how to achieve anything you want:

The price has been slashed by 50% for their launch this week, PLUS they are giving away over $2,000 worth of bonuses. You really can’t go wrong with this!
The most powerful part of this program is that it can be played on your computer while you are working on it yet receiving these messages on a subliminal level (below the threshold of the conscious)
I would suggest that you at least check it out, and if it appeals to you then take advantage of the bonus’ you will receive during the week of the launch.

One of the fastest ways to bring your manifestations to you is through the power of creative visualization.
The first step is:
1. To decide what you want in your life.
2. Then create a vivid image of it by writing down the details. You may even use your non- dominant hand to write down them down.
3. Imagine this detailed image in your mind’s eye as if it is already your reality. Use all your senses to do it including how you feel about this desire that you wish to manifest.
When you are visualizing, the subconscious mind cannot distinguish what is real or imagined. The most important thing is to experience the positive emotion of what this desire means to you. Does it bring you the feeling of fulfillment, excitement, joy, freedom?
We can learn a lot from the achievements of the Olympic Athletes. They, as well as all successful athletes, know how to use the power of the mind – they use the power of visualization and affirmations extensively to achieve what they want. They have won the race in their mind before they actually compete.
What can we learn from this?
The subconscious mind takes its orders from the conscious mind; the subconscious mind obeys what ever it is programmed to do. This applies to anything not only to sports. So if we program the subconscious mind for success or abundance then success and abundance must follow.
People usually find it difficult to include positive emotion with their visualization. An Australian by the name of Ryan Higgins came up with a visualization concept which he calls “Mind Movies”. It’s a great way to help you in using creative visualization.
Check it out here:
http://www.mindmovies.com/vid1-2/index.php?
He is offering 6 pre-made mind movies that you can start using immediately (for *free*):
One pertaining to the topic of “wealth” (in a monetary sense)
- One pertaining to the topic of “spiritual fulfillment”
- One pertaining to the topic of “health and fitness” (like losing weight, improving your health in general, etc.)
- One pertaining to family relationships
- One pertaining to attracting the perfect guy/man for you
- One pertaining to attracting the perfect girl/woman for you.
So those are actually “mind movies” for every problem area you can
have in your life…
Go download one (or all), and see if this idea works for you.
I would suggest that you place it on your desk top and watch it twice a day for it to be effective.
Any method of programming the Subconscious Mind will help you to achieve your objectives fast.

Power of Imagination Part 2

Power of Imagination Part 2
The beauty about imagination is that although what we are imagining is related to the future, the emotion of what we desire is being experienced in the now. One of the reasons that I want financial independence is , so that I can experience the freedom to do what I want, when I want it, and how I want it. I also want to experience giving on a financial level that is far greater than what I am currently experiencing.
The way I use my imagination is by thinking and feeling what it would be like to have all this abundance and wealth now. I think about all the ways I would use it, but most of all I would give to different children’s charities. I see children being given hope, being fed, clothed and nourished by the love and care they are given. I hear their laughter as they play and have fun. It brings a smile to my face and I feel a sweet sensation of joy as my heart is flooded with gratitude that I can make a difference in their lives. I imagine them growing up to be wonderful parents, and stalwart citizens of their countries, and my mouth declares that it is so.
Instead of waiting to experience the excitement, the feeling of security, or joy when it happens down the road – months or even years from now, I can experience it right now, any time, all the time. This is the true meaning of manifestation which is to experience what you want to manifest right now. Manifestation always takes place in the now, because the universe cannot distinguish between what is in the future and the present moment. The universe is always in the eternal now. That is the reason why you must bring what is in the future into the present moment by experiencing it right now.
An exercise to develop the imagination:
• Set 10 – 15 minutes daily to do this exercise or something similar.
• Visualizing something that is easy –going out to dinner for instance.
• Use all the five senses if possible. Imagine going to a restaurant with a good friend or partner, and being seated at a table with a wonderful view of the ocean. The waiter presents you with the wine and food menu.
• Notice the décor of the room.
• Hear the band playing your favourite music.
• Listen to sound of the voices of the people in the room.
• Smell the bouquet of wine.
• Touch the wine glass and feel its texture.
• Taste the wine. How does it taste? Dry, fruity?
• Notice how the food is presented.
• Savor each morsel of food
• How does it make you feel? Does it make you feel good?
• Notice your body and your breathing.
This is how you use your thoughts and your imagination to produce the emotions and feelings that you want to make you feel good. You have to choose to do it consciously. Imagination is making it up in your mind so that you can experience the emotion that you want right now, and see it as though it has already happened.
It is the emotions that you are experiencing that will determine what you are attracting into your life.
Using your imagination or visualization is best done when in a relaxed alpha state. When you are relaxed your brain activity slows down from a beta (rapid activity) to a gentle alpha wave state. Alpha frequency ranges from 8 -12cycles. The best time to do this is when you get up in the morning and just before sleep, because you are naturally in this state. When you close your eyes your brain automatically starts producing more Alpha waves.
Take heed that you do not replace imagination with words. Practice this on a daily basis and it will help you to develop your imagination and bring about what you want to achieve in your outer reality.
I love this quote from Daniel Gilbert which sums it all for me.
“To see is to experience the world as it is
To remember is to experience the world as it was
But to imagine –ah
To imagine is to experience the world as it isn’t and has never been
But as it might be.
The greatest achievement of the human brain is its ability to imagine
objects and episodes that do not exist in the realm of the real.
And it is this ability that allows us to think about the future.
As one philosopher noted, the human brain is an anticipation machine
And making future is the most important function.”
As I was musing on Daniel Gilbert’s quote “to imagine is to experience the world as it isn’t and has never been but as it might be.” the lyrics to John Lennon’s song “Imagine” came to mind. Some of you may remember the words which were written by him a few decades ago. It summarised what has been in my heart for a long time. Where previously there was a just a yearning I now can do more than yearn. By imagining or visualizing with all my senses is how I can create what I want.
I would like to share something that I have been using my imagination about for sometime now and I am challenging you to make this a part of your journey. I would like you to take a look at the lyrics to John Lennon’s “Imagine’ written a few decades ago. Ask yourself can I imagine this? Can I taste it, smell what it would be like and feel it?
Imagine there’s no heaven, it’s easy if you try
No hell below us, above us only sky
Imagine all the people living for today…
Imagine there’s no countries, it isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for, and no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace…
You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions, I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger, a brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people, sharing all the world….
You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
and the world will live as one.
Isn’t this what all of us want at our core level? Can you see all the people living life in peace and as one? This may seem like an impossibility but we can change that image by imagining what is possible. Imagine how you would like it to be. Imagination is the starting point for creating whatever you desire.
Powerful quotes on imagination:
Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imagination our possibilities become limitless.
James Paolinetti
To bring anything into your life, imagine that it’s already there. Richard Bach.
Nothing happens unless we first learn to dream.
Carl Sandburg
Imagination is more important than knowledge. For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand imagination points to all we might discover and create.
Albert Einstein
When you cease to dream you cease to live.
Malcolm S. Forbes
I am imagination. I can see what the eyes cannot see. I can hear what the ears cannot hear. I can feel what the heart cannot feel.
Peter Nivio Zarlenga
Imagination is a powerful force underlying all knowing.
Jim Fowler
What is now proved was once imagined.
William Blake
To imagine the unimaginable is the highest use of the imagination.

Power of Imagination part 1.
May 1, 2008 by Brenda Blindenbach
Many people feel that they have no imagination, but this is not the case. It may be that their visual imagination is not strong enough or has not been developed correctly. Imagination is the abilty to visualize using all our five senses and there in lies the key to the power of imagination.
When we allow our thoughts to go all over the map, the mental images that arise in our imagination will eventually attract the circumstance that we have been imagining, into our lives. We use the power of imagination all the time but we can relate to it especially when we worry or are afraid. If we control and visualize only that which is desired, we can alter the course of our lives.
Picture this- you just received a phone call telling you that a member of your family may have been in an accident. What immediately comes to mind? You hear the ambulance arriving at the scene of the accident; you picture the paramedics putting her on the strecher. You may sense tightness in your throat, or feel your heart beating faster. You may feel an energy drain, and tears smarting at your eyes.
What has just taken place? The power of your imagination created that scenario in your mind, and your emotions were the result of those powerful images. They were powerful because most of your senses were involved. However we often use our imagination to visualize depressing and unhappy situations, or we look at our circumstances through the eyes of lack, focusing only on what we don’t want or have.
What we need to do is to use the very same tools to imagine and create those powerful emotions to create what we want. The brain doesn’t know the difference between what is real or fantasy. So what ever you focus on is what you will create and receive.
Here are some amazing stories of people who used the power of imagination to achieve what they wanted to accomplish in their lives. Air Force Colonel George Hall was a POW in a North Vietnames prison camp for seven years. Every day George Hall played a full game of golf using his imagination. The very next week after his release from the POW camp he entered the Greater New Orleans Open and shot a 76!! How did he do that when he had not played golf for seven years except in his imagination?
The Russians implemented this knowledge that the power of imagination is more powerful that just physical practice, to train their athletes for the 1980 Olympics.
The athletes were split into four groups A -D
Group A used physical practice 100% of the time
Group B used physical practice 75% of the time and visualization 25% of the time
Group C used physical practice 50% of the time and visualization 50% of the time
Group D used physical practice 25% of the time and visualization 75% of the time
The scores were tallied after the Moscow Olympics and the Lake Placid Olympics and they found that Group D had won the most medals.
The key to using your imagination to change your reality is to act as if the scene that you are imagining is real, that it is happening right now, and has already been accomplished. That is how you bring what you desire (which is in the future) into the present moment.
There are no limits in your dreams and in your imagination. You used this muscle of imagination without any problems when you were children. You could imagine that you could fly like superman, be a princess in a far away land, and day dream about all the magical feats that you were able to perform. In this realm of thought you were invincible and powerful and no one could harm you. There were no limits to what you could or could not do through the power of your mind and imagination.
Somewhere along the way we lost this ability to dream, and failed to remember that this physical body is the part of us that has limitations, and not the “I” that inhabits the body. We communicate with the universe through the language of imagination. Just like exercising keep the muscles in our body in good shape, so too our imagination can be developed through the consistent use of our imagination if it is to grow and assist us.
