Attending the Theta Healing Instructor Training

I am so excited to announce that I will be attending the Theta Healing Instructor Training and the advanced course next week from Vianna Stibal.
You’ve probably heard about the five different brain waves- Alpha, Beta, Theta, Delta and Gamma which all function differently. In Theta, brain waves are slowed to a frequency of four to seven cycles per second, which helps you to access the theta state.
When a person can access the theta state, holds it consciously and connect with Source it’s like tapping into the energy of an electrical outlet, and instant healings, manifestations and miracles can take place.
Many of us have used a variety of tools and techniques like vision boards, affirmations and so on and have seen little or no shifts take place in our lives. That’s because our subconscious mind rules our reality, and those conscious desires may not be in alignment or are opposite to the programs we have in our subconscious mind.
So if you have blocks in your subconscious, it’s going to be almost impossible to make some of these changes. When you work with your subconscious and clear these subconscious blocks or programs you will start to get results.
To see shifts take place in your life you have to get into your subconscious mind, identify what those limitations are and release them. Theta healing which can be likened to a 5th dimensional tool, can do exactly that; it helps you to access the theta state.
The old energy will keep you stuck in the 4th dimension and the only way you will find a solution is through applying a higher dimensional energy. We’ve been trying to solve 5th dimensional problems using 4th dimensional tools and it’s not working.
This is understandable when we didn’t know that there was another option. However this is not the case anymore. Theta healing is a very powerful state, the state used in hypnosis, and by the Hawaiian Healers when they would access the Theta state to walk on hot lava.
The reason we have not been able to achieve change easily is because we have been raised with the beliefs that we have limitations. So the Universe is now giving us cutting edge high frequency tools that are needed to bring healing to us on an individual as well as a collectively level.
So it’s up to us to check these new modalities that we are being blessed with that do the work much more quickly and effectively.
Theta healing is all about teaching another person how to use the belief work to heal themselves. As I keep doing this work on myself, I am manifesting what I want quicker and am becoming a more effective healer.
Have you been looking for another way to dissolve the limitations that you have? If you want to be shown a way to dissolve your limitations, a way to release them, and look beyond the confines of your reality …..Let’s hear your thoughts on this. Please leave your questions and comments below.
Why Is Marketing Important To A Business? Who you are talking to?
May 28, 2011 by Brenda Blindenbach
Many small business owners who take a holistic approach to business struggle to grow their business because they have not asked and answered the question why is marketing important to a business?
Answering this question will make them realize that they must be clear on who they are trying to reach and communicate with. More often than not they are tying to be everything to everyone and end up serving no one.
If you fall into this category you need to understand that people purchase products or services for three basic reasons:
• To satisfy basic needs.
• To have their problems solved.
• To make themselves feel good.
No matter how good your service or product is not everyone wants it. That is why you need to find out if there is a market out there for what you have to offer.
So it’s really important that you are crystal clear on you who you will be communicating your message to because it helps you design your offerings in your marketing.
The words ideal client, tribe, specific audience, target market, and niche are often used interchangeably. However there is a difference between the terms niche, and target market. Let’s begin by defining some terms.
Here is a good working definition of target market and niche.
Niche is your target market (who) combined with the problem you are solving or the need you are fulfilling (what)
Your “who” is your target market.
When you combine your “what “with your “who” you have your niche.
Here are some questions you can ask yourself to gain clarity on who you want to work with.
1. Where do they live –local, regional, national?
2. What industry are they in?
3. What is their pain/ struggle? What is top of mind for them?
4. What services/ products do they spend their time on?
5. Can they pay for your services and offerings?
6. What kind of significant life experiences have they had?
7. What kind of education/training do they have?
8. What do they do for fun?
9. Where do they hang out?
10. Who needs to hear your message?
When you are absolutely clear on who your niche and ideal client is you will be able to communicate exactly what you have to offer them when you are marketing to them, no matter if it’s in a brochure, website, sales page, when networking, video etc
If you target too many types of people you are actually coming from a lack mind set. E.g. If there are 3 different types of people who have 3 different needs, your message will be diluted to fit the needs of all 3 types and they won’t know who you are talking to. They will be confused. There’s a saying that goes “A confused mind never buys”
Your message has to be so clear that your prospective clients say to themselves “boy she really knows what I’m feeling and what I’ve been going through”, “she’s been there herself”
Your goal is to make it so clear, that you, your service or product can solve their problem so it’s going to be easy for your ideal clients to self select.
The other thing to remember is that you can’t create a compelling message until you are clear on who your target audience is.
Please comment below and share if you are clear on who your target market and your niche are.
Why Is Marketing Important To A Business? Step 1

Perhaps you have asked yourself this question, “why is marketing important to a business”? Building a business helps you to explore the many aspects of who you really are. It allows you to find out how you can use your gifts and talents to make an impact on those you want to serve.
To be effective at marketing will depend on your ability to get your message out to the right people in such a way that they will want to invest in your services.
Step 1 is to get clear on your gifts and talents and what you have to offer. What do you do that is unique or better than anyone else? What lights you up? What are you passionate about? How can you make the greatest impact?
Finding out what drives you and your deepest life intentions can help you to move with greater focus and clarity in your life. One way is to answer a series of questions through journaling. Sit with the energy of unfolding, writing down the first thing that pops into your head.
Let the answers flow freely without editing, judging or analyzing them.
1. What are the favorite things you did in the past?
2. What activities do you do that make you lose track of time?
3. If money wasn’t a problem, what would you do with your time?
4. What did you do repeatedly in the past (even as a child) that you had fun doing and made you happy?
5. Has anyone asked for your help because of something specific that you did?
6. What are you naturally good at? (Skills, abilities, gifts etc.)
7. If you had to teach something, what would you teach?
8. What have you done in the past that really helped people?
9. How do you think you add value to or improve the quality of their lives?
As you answer these questions look for the common threads that surface up in your answers. Make a list of all the people, organizations, groups, and causes that you believe you can be of service to.
Going through this process will help you get clearer about how to work on your business in a way that inspires the people you serve and at the same time generates a good income for you. Trust the process and allow for the right answers to arise.
The answers that you seek are already within you. Look within your heart to find them. Search for what gives you meaning. What is important to you? What drives you? In your unique way you are destined to make a difference in this world.
I’d like to leave you with this quote “Finding your purpose in life… is your road map to your destiny.

Do You Know How To Implement The Law of Detachment?
February 12, 2011 by Brenda Blindenbach
Implementing the law of detachment is a challenge to most people especially when it comes to conscious creation, which is why it is crucial to know how to apply this law in your life.
The law of detachment says in order to manifest anything in your life you must let go of your attachment to it. This simply means that whatever is showing up in the moment in your life is at it should be and is perfect.
However when something doesn’t work out according to the way we’ve planned it, we judge the situation as wrong and consider the outcome to be a failure. We feel disappointed or angry and resist and push against what’s coming up for us in the present moment.
When we push against what is, what is resists back with full force. Instead of looking at the so called set back as if it were a failure, we need to look at it as an opportunity that provides us with valuable information that can lead to success.
What we call failure is truly an opportunity to know what doesn’t work. It allows us to make adjustments or even change direction all together. You could say that it’s a fork in the road which forces you to consider all your options.
All successful people have experienced some failure along the way.
After Thomas Edison’s seven-hundredth unsuccessful attempt to invent the filament for the electric light, he was asked by a New York Times reporter, “How does it feel to have failed seven hundred times?”
The great inventor responded, “I have not failed seven hundred times. I have not failed once. I have succeeded in proving that those seven hundred ways will not work. When I have eliminated the ways that will not work, I will find the way that will work.”
Several thousand more of these failures followed, but Edison finally found the one that would work, and found the right element for the light bulb.
This is another one of Thomas Edison quotes “our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” This was what Edison believed that there’s no failure only feedback
Imagine if he had given up on the first attempt, we could be still be reading by candle light.
When you change your mindset from something being a set back to there is no failure only feedback, it allows you to look at life as a journey. It will move you in the direction of success and give you the opportunity to make the necessary corrections along the way.
The law of detachment has to do with the process. Your focus is to enjoy the journey & as you make the necessary adjustments you get from the feedback you will get to the outcome or the destination.
The journey begins by talking the step that is just in front of you. It’s being present to what is here in the moment and this moment is as it should be and it’s the perfect moment.
Take this opportunity to look at a past failure/s and re frame it. Ask yourself “if this wasn’t a failure but just feed back I needed to have to be who I am today to be successful, what lesson was I to learn from it?
You will realize that there is a hidden gift lying in every catastrophe, crisis, or painful situation.
As long as you realize there are no failures but only opportunities to be learned you will travel through life with success.
Have You Considered This Powerful Way That Assists You To Evolve?

Happy New Year. May the year 2011 be filled with happiness, peace, joy and the best health ever for you and your family!
Have you ever considered how owning your own business could be a path that could accelerate your growth to unfolding those lovely aspects of you that have been lying dormant within you? What do I mean ?
As you look back at your life even over the past year consider the events that you have encountered which were a challenge or not to your liking. On hind sight you realized they were really opportunities in disguise.
You probably experienced feelings of doubt, disappointment, fear, lack of clarity along the way, and as you dealt with those emotions they led you the become aware of your uniqueness and your strengths that you may not have known you had.
Those experiences molded you into the person you are today. However it doesn’t stop there. The person you will be tomorrow will depend on how well you stay present when you encouter and experience those beliefs and feelings again and again that don’t serve you and let go, thus allowing the butterfly to emerge from within you.
If you want to accelerate your evolution then partner up with the people who are walking the same narrow path. One of Caroline Myss quotes from her book Anatomy of the Spirit says “You evolve at the rate consistent with the group you are plugged into”
I love this Rumi poet quote “You were born with potential… You were born with goodness and trust. You were born with ideals and dreams. You were born with greatness. You were born with wings! You are not meant for crawling, so don’t. You have wings…. Learn to use them and fly”
P.S. If you haven’t already done so, please take a moment to fill out my 5 question survey. I’m giving away 6 months of my access to my live “Simple Steps To Move Your Business Into The Next Decade With Ease Training Series” valued at over $1000 to all those who fill it out.

3 Massive Mistakes Holistic Practitioners Make In Their Business -Unaware of Unconscious Blocks

Unaware of Your Unconscious Blocks Mistake #2
Here is one of Louise Hay quotes that I love. “If you accept a limiting belief, then it will become a truth for you.”
95% of our beliefs and programs are held in the sub conscious mind. Sub means underneath. Think of a submarine. It’s under water and no one can see that it’s there.
These limiting beliefs and programs are running the show because you don’t know that they are there. You may on a conscious level believe that you are able to make a certain amount of money in your business, or get clients that resonate with what you have to offer.
However if you are struggling with your business then there are usually sub conscious beliefs that are not in agreement with what you believe. Can you see that there is no congruency there?
You may not realize that you are only using 5% of your consciousness to create what you want. However 95% of the time you are playing the programs that are in your sub conscious mind.
Most of the fundamental programs were acquired in the first 7 years of your childhood, and you have no awareness of what those programs are. You live by the beliefs that you were taught because you believe
that they are true. This is why you then create a world based on your beliefs, and you manifest what you believe.
Einstein said that “you cannot solve the problem with the same beliefs and systems that created them.” So the bottom line is, your inner game and mindset has brought you to this current crisis. Without a clear
mindset, you cannot achieve what you want. You cannot achieve a certain lifestyle if your subconscious or unconscious blocks are dictating something entirely different.
Those deeply ingrained beliefs and fears about money have put a lid on your success. The problem is that you may not know that these beliefs are holding you back.
Here is how it works.
Your thoughts evoke a feeling, which dictates an action which creates a result in your life. So even one limiting thought will create a negative feeling which prevents you from taking action on an opportunity, which then dictates your results. However when you heal the core belief, the fear and the limiting belief which is beneath the surface you will begin to act differently and produce amazing results.
The problem is that most of us don’t know what our own inner barriers are. Do you know what is stopping you? What are the unconscious blocks or limiting beliefs that you want to start reprogramming?
Check out how you are sabotaging your own success daily:
1. Do you mostly focus on what’s lacking in your life, rather than on what you
want?
2. Do you have a very limited idea of how much you can really make?
3. You aren’t willing to do what it take to change your income
4. Do you numb yourself or stay too busy or scattered to fully receive your
inner guidance?
5. Are you are afraid to take risks?
6. Are you are afraid to invest in yourself, for fear of losing money
7. You don’t always trust yourself to make the right decision, so not making
a decision feels like the better option
8. Do you look at what others are doing to set your own benchmarks?
9. You don’t always have enough confidence in yourself
10. You don’t realize how your beliefs are really creating your reality
Once you discover and clear these internal mindset barriers that are getting
in the way to your success, you will be able to live the life that you have
always dreamed about.

Interested In Eliminating The I Can’t?
October 13, 2010 by Brenda Blindenbach
Are you interested in eliminating the I can’t from your vocabulary? How often do you say I can’t in a day? Does it seem that you have an endless list of excuses as to why you can’t do, be, or have what you want? The reason for this is because that’s the ego’s job to keep you in the I can’t mode, because it wants to keep you safe. The ego’s job is to keep you in your comfort zone, not take a chance or to rock the boat.
You will be amazed at how often you use this two letter word, either saying it aloud or from the constant mind chatter that says “I can’t wait” “I can’t sleep” “I can’t see” “I can’t afford” I can’t believe” I can’t forgive.” The list is endless.
Eliminating the “I can’t” to “I can” needs an awareness that behind the I can’t is really an “I won’t”. Those who say can’t really don’t want to. When you look at it from this perspective you can take responsibility for it. Behind the “I won’t,” is often a fear or another subtle program that is running – it’s easier to hide behind the I can’t than the I won’t.
Here are some common examples of I can’t feelings experienced especially by people who struggle with abundance and their finances. I can’t because:
I’m not smart enough/qualified/good enough
It will take forever
I can’t afford it
I don’t have the time
It costs too much
It’s too hard
I’ve tried before and it hasn’t worked.
And much more.
If you can relate to any of the above you have some anti-abundance programs running behind the scenes in your subconscious mind. Step 1 to eliminating the I can’t is to make a list of all the “I can’t” and change it to I won’t. Instead of saying I can’t stop eating junk food because, say I won’t stop eating junk food, and so on. This way you can see that there’s a resistance and can take responsibility for it. Does this help you see it in a new light?
When these feelings come up recognize them for what they are without any judgment and release those suppressed feelings that are the root cause of pain and discomfort. This will shift the vibration; make you feel good so that you can freely choose to move closer to the emotion of “I can.”
When an anti- virus software is installed, it is used to detect a virus that is in your computer. After the virus has been identified it can be deleted. Release the fear behind those limiting beliefs and suppressed emotions, and you will be eliminating the I can’t to I can.
What are some of the things that you tell yourself that you can’t do in your business or can’t shift in your finances? What would you tell yourself if you realized that you needed help with that issue? Would you say yes and take the first step to setting yourself free, or say I can’t because?

Do You Know How To Deal With Your Inner Game?
August 30, 2010 by Brenda Blindenbach
Is it a challenge for you to be successful in business, increase your income and improve the quality of your life? What do you believe needs to happen for a change to take place?
Most people would answer that question by saying that it has to do with marketing, and getting more clients. However although this is a factor, 90% of the reason which controls your success in business (or anything in life for that matter) has to do with your mind set or pushing past the self imposed barriers. They need to be identified and cleared.
It’s the mind set that prevents you from implementing a marketing plan. Two people can have the same marketing plan, one will implement it and be successful and the other will have doubts, procrastinate and never put it into practice. The difference is in your mind set, your inner game or your inner dialogue.
It doesn’t matter at what level you are at in your business, if you are just starting out or doing well and want to take it to the next level. The only thing that will prevent you from taking action towards the thing that will move you forward to where you want to go is your mind set.
When you clear those self imposed barriers you can rise beyond your limitations and move forward - whatever that is for you. It’s the inner game that you have to deal with. That’s why marketing plays just a small part to do with your success.
Most people don’t know what they don’t know about what is happening in their inner or sub conscious realm so that they can clear it. Neal Donald Walsch says it best when he said “If you don’t go within, you go without”.
If you are struggling to get more clients or if you make enough money and can’t make more, it’s because there is a conflict or struggle of some sort going on the inside. You can try fixing the outward circumstances by going to seminars, or reading books which could take you years to find the answers.
So if you feel that there’s something in your inner game that is holding you back from creating the results you want on the outside then join me at the “3 Massive Mistakes Most Holistic Practitioners and Healers Make That Keep Them Struggling To Grow Their Business.

Mistake #3
GOING IT ALONE
This is one of Helen Keller Quotes
“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much”.
Entrepreneurs are usually “do-it-your-selfers”!
The truth of the matter though is that if you want to be successful in your business it is never accomplished alone. Most successful people are surrounded by a team of people who serve, love and support them.
There are numerous tasks that must be done that you may not enjoy or even hate doing, and doing them yourself prevents you from doing what you are passionate about. It drains your energy and eventually causes procrastination or overwhelm.
The technical challenges of operating a business can be daunting to say the least. Just because you are an expert in your field, doesn’t mean that you have to learn and do all those other tasks that you are not an expert at.
Often entrepreneurs on a subconscious level have the belief that their business success has to be earned solely on their own merit. This causes them to isolate themselves from the many talented people who could help them in the very area that they are struggling with in their business.
Some of the things that they may tell themselves are that no one else can do it like they can or they can’t afford to get help. There are many ways one can get around these issues. Outsource those things that you don’t like doing are using commission based help or trades for programs.
The good news is that there are other people who love to do the things that you dislike doing. Find those people and bring them aboard your team.
If you find yourself starting a new project, or procrastinating ask yourself the question:”Am I trying to do it alone?” If you are trying to do it alone, then finding a capable team to help and support you is the solution to making your dream a reality.
