If you have any questions concerning an order, pricing, policies, shipping, products, or anything else in general, please contact us using our Contact Form or call us at 604-572-1136. Credit Card Security:

Is it safe to order online? We use the 1ShoppingCart!! We make sure all transactions processed on PeacefulInterlude.com are safe by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. When using a SSL compliant browser such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox you will be able to conduct encrypted transactions on our website. Online transactions statistically have been proven to be the safest form of credit card payment. If you are still not comfortable using your credit card over the internet, you can always place your order over the phone 604-572-1136 or mail your order to us at the address above.

Payment Methods:

PeacefulInterlude.com, accepts the following forms of payment:

• Money Orders, Cashier's Checks & Checks are accepted at our events in CAD.
• Orders paid by money orders and cashier's checks will ship on day of deposit. Orders paid by personal & company check may be delayed up to 10 business days in order to allow clearance of funds.
• Please note that all prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Privacy Policy:

We at PeacefulInterlude.com take your privacy seriously. The information that we collect from you is for our own use. We do not sell or trade our customer's information. We only send our own electronic discounts and special offer emails to people who have purchased from us in the past or who have signed up to be on one of our lists. If at any time, you decide you would no longer like to receive our email just click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our email and this will remove your email address from our list.

Return Policy:

Every product we sell has a 30 Day Guarantee. Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order.

For live events we offer a full refund at the end of the first day (Sorry, there are no refunds for Bring-a-Friend tickets).

For our coaching services, details will be outlined in our agreement, as these vary depending on the length of your coaching program.

We do suggest that our customers feel free to contact our sales department at 604-572-1136 if there are any questions prior to placing an order. 

Please include a COPY of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number and reason for return. If returned materials are not received within 30 days, we will be unable to issue a credit.

Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. Orders Paid by check will be refunded by check. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded unless error is ours. Shipping & handling charges on packages where shipping is included in the price (free shipping) will be charged our normal cost for shipping and handling of $9.95 CAD for all Canadian orders and $30.00 CAD for all non Canadian orders.

Cancellation Policy:  

If your order has already been processed and shipped, please refer to the Return Policy above.  If your item has not shipped, PeacefulInterlude.com reserves the right to charge a $10.00 CAD cancellation fee.  Please be sure when ordering that this is what you want.

Shipping:

Canada Post

We use Canada Post to ship our products.  During checkout you choose the best option for you.

Orders usually take less than 24 hours to process and are shipped via Canada Post.

International Destinations:

We only charge for shipping.  You may be charged for additional duties/customs/taxes upon receipt of your shipment. 

Embargoed & Restricted Countries:
PeacefulInterlude.com will not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed or restricted.  

Taxes:

12% HST is applicable for Canadian Residents.

Typographical Errors:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error in pricing.
