Are you Feeling Grateful for things that you already have?
One of the things that we are starting to understand is the importance of emotions and how it affects our physical and mental well being. What we may not understand is that emotion has the capacity to carry information beyond this 4D experience, and to imprint our morphogenetic field which goes beyond the time space dimension.
So here’s how it works. The more intense the emotions are regardless if the emotion is one of joy or fear, those emotions carry the information out beyond this moment in time and imprints the field.
Think about any memorable incident that you’ve ever had. Which ones stick with you in your mind? Isn’t it the one that had the most emotion associated with it? That emotional spike functions not only in your limbic system, it goes out into the field as well.
So if someone has had a very emotional experience, the frequency is vibrating like a red hot burner in their field and it has all the information from that incident waiting to be expressed either through joy, or to be repeated again until it’s cleared up of that negative vibration.
A most important factor to understand is that gratitude is a key component of the blueprint for success. Gratitude is not a mental activity. It’s not about writing down what you are feeling grateful for each day (even though that may be a step in the right direction.)
What’s important is that you feel or experience gratitude. Imagine what would happen if you began to focus on what you wanted out of life, with an expectation to succeed, coupled with experiencing waves of gratitude and love. This is what causes something to materialize as if out of “thin air” which gratitude does by tapping into the raw fields of potential.
Dr. Masaru Emoto was a Japanese author and entrepreneur who performed a series of experiments observing the physical effect of words, prayers, music and environment on the crystalline structure of water. He exposed different energies such as love, hate, and gratitude to water.
Notice the beautiful image of the love and gratitude that is above. Since our body is 70% water it means that what we think about creates our reality, not just emotionally but physically as well.
So anytime you are experiencing feelings of inadequacy, not good enough, unworthiness, resentment, grief, loss and so on, the fastest way of changing your state of being and changing the field is experiencing gratitude.
You may be saying to yourself you’ve got to be kidding. How can I feel gratitude when all I can experience is just the opposite. Here’s the thing, you start by not taking for granted the good that is already present in your life, the simple pleasures and things that you previously took for granted and feel gratitude for it all.
Feeling grateful is not just when you get something that you want, it’s where you notice the little things that take place in your life and where you constantly look for the good even in unpleasant situations.
So here’s what you can do, instead of waiting for a positive experience for feeling grateful, make experiencing gratitude a part of your life style.
I’d love to hear your comments.
Love and Blessings,
